VIND

We were entrusted with producing the Swedish Wind Energy conference ‘VIND’ – the largest annual gathering in the Nordics for stakeholders in the Swedish wind power market.

Background. Svensk Vindenergi is the industry organization for companies working with wind power. They are the collective voice of the wind power industry in society, working to promote the development of the wind power market in Sweden. They want wind power to reach its full potential and contribute to a sustainable and competitive society. The purpose of the conference is to allow both members and non-members to network, explore potential collaborations, discuss the future, development, technology, political decisions, and more.

Event Production. We created exhibition spaces for 46 exhibitors and a liveshow where we invited politicians and prominent companies in the industry to discuss the future and development. An incredibly interesting day that attracted over 700 guests. After the conclusion of the stage program, the band “Blacknuss Allstars” performed, and a networking dinner with an after-work event kicked off.

Results. The participant survey yielded a result of 90% highest customer satisfaction. We will produce VIND2023, which will be one day longer, and plan for 2024 where the conference will further increase in size regarding exhibitors, participants, and stage program.
