VIND 2023

For the second year in a row we were entrusted to produce the Svensk Vindenergi conference ‘VIND’ – the largest annual meeting place for actors in the Swedish wind power market in the Nordic region.

Background. Svensk Vindenergi is the industry organization for companies working with wind power. They are the collective voice of the wind power industry in society and work to promote the development of the wind power market in Sweden. They aim for wind power toreach its full potential and contribute to a sustainable and competitive society. The purpose of the conference is to connect members and non-members, open up for various collaborations, discuss the future, development, technology, political decisions, etc.

Event Production. We created exhibition spaces for 46 exhibitors and two stages with a total of 65 speakers and 13 hours of stage programs. Politicians and prominent industry figures discussed the future and development. Two incredibly interesting days attracted over 740 guests. On the first evening, we also organized a seated vegetarian dinner for participants, including entertainment and award presentations.

Results. The participant survey yielded a result of 92% highest customer satisfaction. We will produce VIND2024, where the conference will further increase in size in terms of exhibitors, participants, and stage programs.
